At Fabulous Fabrics we are delighted to be able to offer superb designer quality fabrics at discount prices. We are able to do this, as all of our fabrics have been purchased as, and are sold as seconds quality, although on inspection contain only slight imperfections. This may be very minor faults or a slight variance in shade to that of the pattern book.

As such our stock is constantly changing, and quantities available may vary. All orders are subject to availability, and due to the nature of our product it is possible that stock may be limited, and not available in the quantity ordered. If this is the case we will contact you immediately via e mail, and offer an immediate full refund. It may also be the case that for larger orders it may not be possible to supply the required amount from one roll. If this is the case we will contact you and advise you before shipping.

Due to the nature of our product, the colours displayed on the website may vary slightly to that which we have in stock and are intended for illustrative purposes only.

All of the fabrics featured on our website are ideal for curtaining and drapery. Some of the heavier weight fabrics featured would also be suitable for upholstery, and this will be noted in the descriptive box against the item. If it is upholstery weights that you require, then you can also search by clicking on the upholstery tab. The fabrics that are noted as suitable for upholstery are for light domestic use only, and have not been treated for flame proofing.

Please note it is usual that textile fabrics may shrink slightly with cleaning, and we would only recommend dry cleaning only for all of the products sold on this site.
