Our aim is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from us. However, if you wish to return your purchase, we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided that the goods are returned as received, (ideally in its original packaging), and have not been cut or processed in any way.
For returns authorisation please e mail us using the e mail address in the confirmation of the order. You refund will be processed as soon as we have received the returned items, and have checked that they are in their original condition.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
For returns of unwanted item/s, postage and packaging is non-refundable, and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense.
If an item is returned because it is faulty or defective, then return shipping, (basic postage charge), will be refunded. We will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
