PLEASE NOTE OUR WAREHOUSE FACILITY IS CLOSED OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD. ANY ORDERS AND SAMPLE REQUESTS RECEIVED AFTER 22.12.17 WILL BE DISPATCHED IN THE FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY.

Please also click on the links to read in more detail our specific policies regarding Returns, Order and Delivery, Fabric Information and Privacy.It is a condition of placing an order with us that you have read and understood them, and by placing an order with us that they are accepted. Our terms and Conditions may be revised slightly from time to time, and those in force at the time will apply to the contract between us, and which you will have read and agreed to.
At Fabulous Fabrics we are delighted to be able to offer superb designer quality fabrics at discount prices. We are able to do this, as all of our fabrics have been purchased as, and are sold as seconds quality, although on inspection contain only slight imperfections. This may be very minor faults or a slight variance in shade to that of the pattern book.
The contract between Fabulous Fabrics and the customer will be in force when payment is received by us, and you have received an e mail from us confirming that your order has been accepted.
Please note that due to the nature of our product, the colours displayed on the website may vary slightly to that which we have in stock and are intended for illustrative purposes only. Orders are subject to availability, and due to the nature of our product it is possible that stock may be limited, and not available in the quantity ordered. If this is the case we will contact you immediately via e mail, and offer an immediate full refund.
A delivery charge will be added to all orders – please see our order and delivery page for details.
Additional shipping charges will apply for the Channel Island and the Isle of Man, and also for International orders. Please note for addresses outside the EU an import tax may be payable, which is not included in the shipping costs, and is the responsibility of the customer.
If you have any questions or complaints, or should you wish to return goods, please contact us via e mail. We will accept returns of unwanted fabric, and this should be returned to us in its original packaging. Fabric will not be accepted back if it has been cut or processed in any way. Please see our delivery and returns section for full details.
Please note it is usual that textile fabrics may shrink slightly with cleaning, and we would only recommend dry cleaning for the products sold.
